Return Period:
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To preserve the integrity of our products and community:

Item(s) must be returned in the original La Creación pouch or packaging.

Tags must be intact and unremoved.

Include all freebies (e.g., stickers, art cards, etc.) that came with your order.

Items must not be worn, washed, or sprayed with perfume.

We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet the above conditions.
EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges for valid reasons within the 7 day return window.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
Once approved, please ship the original item back before we process your exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be issued for defective items that meet our return criteria after inspection.
