Welcome to La Creación. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Quality & Authenticity

All items are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and authenticity. Each piece is designed to reflect La Creación’s identity: where fashion meets artistry, and every piece embodies a philosophy.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, orders will be shipped based on the delivery method selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Policy

We ship locally and internationally. For international shipping, we partner with Manila Inline and DHL. For local deliveries, customers may arrange same-day services like Lalamove. For shipping fee inquiries on Lalamove or international orders, kindly contact us at @lacreacionmnl.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds but we offer store credits because we value your experience with us. If your item meets the conditions for a return or exchange, you will receive store credit which you can use for future purchases. Return requests must follow the guidelines outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags, packaging, and any included freebies intact. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and visuals on our site and products are owned by La Creación. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale is strictly prohibited.
